Try this: open
the camera app on your iDevice and enable (or disable) the flash. You won’t
be able to do this, that’s because there is no option to use the flash while recording.
A new jailbreak tweak can perform this task really well. Record ‘n’ Torch allows you to enable
or disable the flash while shooting the video. The tweak adds a draggable torch
button in camera preview. It is developed by PoomSmart, the guy who has created
many camera related apps like Front HDR and CamRotate.
